  • Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship most in-stock orders within 2 business days from the time of order. Out of stock, special order items, or items drop-shipped by the manufacturer may require additional lead-times for delivery. We will notify you shortly after we receive your order to confirm any drop-ship or special order status, and to provide you with an estimated date of shipment. On in-stock items shipped via UPS or FedEx, a tracking # will be sent to you by email when your item(s) ships from our warehouse.


  • Warranties
  • All parts are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, and are included with your products. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information.


  • Return Policy
  • If a return is requested for reasons other than shipping damages, the customer will be responsible for all shippingcosts back to Express Glass, and item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, complete with all included parts and materials. Merchandise credit will only be issued to customer following receipt of goods by Express Glass. Express Glass cannot accept returns on products which are damaged as a result of improper installation or customer abuse. Return requests must be submitted and all returned items received by Express Glass within 30 days from initial receipt of your item(s).
